In the role of caregiver/nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents. With us, you make a difference every day while having fun and feeling good at work.

Sälgen is a special accommodation with 50 places, centrally located in Höganäs with good bus connections.

In the position of caregiver, you will work with care and support based on the residents' wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, respond to alarms, and be available for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that everyone can live life to the fullest. It’s about the opportunity for conversation, playing games, going on outings, or finding fun activities together.

Job Description

We are currently looking for temporary substitutes for day/evening and weekends.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• Have previous experience in care, preferably in elderly care and dementia care.
• Be flexible and understand that we work based on the needs of the residents and the organization. This means you may be called in at short notice in case of acute absence.

Before we offer employment, you will need to show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
