ABOUT THE ROLE As a breakfast chef at Grand Hôtel, you will play an important role in giving our guests a fantastic start to their day. You will work in a dedicated team and be responsible for preparing and cooking the breakfast buffet according to our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and cooking of breakfast buffet and hot dishes
• Ensuring that the food is of high quality and presented in an inviting manner
• Collaboration with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment according to current hygiene regulations

Working hours: 05:30–14:00 on a rotating schedule, including work approximately every other weekend.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has at least five years of experience as a chef, preferably with breakfast experience
• Has documented culinary education or equivalent experience
• Is positive, structured, and meticulous
• Speaks fluent English (Swedish is a plus)
• Is at least 18 years old
