We are urgently looking for skilled and independent chefs and serving staff - both for our existing museum restaurant in Lidingö and for our new restaurant, which will open in Vasastan in early 2026.

Millesgården Lanthandel is a restaurant located adjacent to the beautiful sculpture museum Millesgården in Lidingö. In the premises, a lot of food is prepared: café and restaurant operations during the day, as well as some event hosting and occasional catering assignments.

The operation is completely independent of the museum. It is owned and run by three experienced chefs. We prepare all food from scratch and want to cherish the craft with a menu that changes with the seasons. In our view, food is best when prepared with genuine ingredients at their peak. We have the same approach to our baked goods and coffee.

The job includes taking care of guests for all parts of the operation; the restaurant, café, and event space. You will work in a small team. You need to be self-driven, stress-resistant, and service-oriented. We want you to have at least two years of experience in similar work. We are open both weekdays and weekends, during the day and in the evening. The company will open a new restaurant in Vasastan at the beginning of the year, so the workplace may also be located there.
