These are just a few of the exciting projects we have underway here at Balder. We continue to build and acquire and are now looking for a property management assistant for Bro!

So what does property management really involve? Well, broadly speaking, it comes down to two things: people and buildings. In that order. Therefore, we are looking for colleagues who are genuinely interested in the real estate industry and who enjoy building relationships and taking care of and developing our buildings.

Generally, the workday involves actively collaborating with the property manager and the business area manager in their tasks. This includes, for example, renting out apartments and parking spaces, inspections, move-ins and move-outs, handling invoices, accounts receivable, and collections, as well as other administration. We are looking for a person who possesses structure and takes pride in their work, as we value order and tidiness. Sometimes the pace is high, and it is important that we all help each other.

Every deal counts. As a colleague with us, you are expected to enjoy making deals. For us, it is about feeling a responsibility for how things go for Balder, our tenants, and our projects. You do not act selfishly, but for the benefit of the business. An important foundation for this is to understand the business, be creative, see business opportunities, and also have a professional demeanor.

You need to have an interest in the people you meet, as a large part of the job involves communication and relationship building with tenants, contractors, and the team. If you also have an understanding of how a building is constructed and functions, you will check almost all the boxes!
