Your Role As a salesperson with us, you will work independently, creating and following your own sales plan. You are driven and results-oriented. In the role of salesperson, you will work with both new customer sales and upselling to achieve set goals. You are constantly finding new leads and opportunities. New customer sales are proactive, and you will plan and conduct both physical and digital customer visits yourself. This includes visits to both new and existing customers.

The role also includes some administration related to sales work, such as quote management, contract management, and market outreach. You will participate in sales activities and various events such as networking meetings. Your curiosity is an asset as you actively seek new business opportunities for both your own and the company's development.

Responsibilities Build your own sales pipeline through proactive lead generation. Conduct physical and digital home visits. Sales planning with the help of an activity plan. Proactive work with upselling to existing customers. You as a person HomeMaid is looking for someone with experience in proactive sales and who is driven to achieve set goals. In your role, you need to have good communication and adaptability skills and be proactive and efficient in your work style. To thrive in the role, it should feel natural for you to work structured in a fast-paced environment without compromising professionalism. You need to be comfortable in customer dialogues and see it as a given to take the initiative for conversations and meetings. Furthermore, you have a curiosity that helps you identify new business opportunities that promote both your and the company's development. You are a good representative of the company through your positive attitude, reliability, and ability to quickly instill trust.

We are looking for someone who is- Self-driven, motivated, and engaged. Responsible. Inclusive and respectful in contact with different people. Solution-oriented. To succeed in the role, we believe you have- Experience in proactive sales. Good collaboration and communication skills. Good computer and system skills, preferably experience with LIME. Fluent Swedish and good knowledge in spoken and written English. Holds a driver's license and a car. Ability to work flexible hours.

About the Position

Your working hours are primarily during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays may occur, especially in connection with internal training.

The team currently consists of several internal staff, Salespeople, Team Leaders, and Service Assistants. Together, you work to become even better – Better Together.

Employment: 100%, 6 months probationary period. Start Date: By agreement.
