Sales Leader Health & Beauty at ICA Kvantum Tranås

About the position

As the sales leader for Health & Beauty, you contribute to creating an inspiring, profitable, and welcoming environment in the store that follows the seasons and new products. You are also responsible for the entire Health & Beauty section (including makeup, shampoo, health foods, etc.) as well as the children's section. Your tasks include purchasing, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining ongoing contact with sellers and suppliers.

You appreciate order and structure, have an eye for detail, and are driven by the desire to constantly develop both the department and yourself. You thrive in a social role where you collaborate with others while taking responsibility and being able to work independently.

We would like you to have:

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in retail or a similar position
• Interest and knowledge of Health & Beauty products
• Good skills in structure and planning
• Experience in purchasing and inventory management
• Previous experience with MinButik and AOB is an advantage

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives with responsibility, structure, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Finds it easy to collaborate and engages in the work
• Spreads joy and contributes to a good atmosphere
• Prioritizes simply, finds new solutions, and is business-minded
• Has good financial knowledge
• Master Swedish in both speech and writing
• Experience from ICA, retail, or food industry is an advantage but not a requirement

About the employment

The position is a permanent employment of about 30 hours per week, with daytime working hours and every other weekend. Recruitment is ongoing and start date will be agreed upon.
