Do you want to contribute to building the infrastructure of the future? Soros is looking for a project administrator for an exciting assignment within large-scale construction projects.

About the role

As a project administrator, you will relieve the project manager of administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient implementation of projects. The role involves significant personal responsibility, where you independently plan and execute tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Examples of tasks:

• Document the project's documentation.
• Administer project data in systems for documentation, finance, and reporting.
• Organize internal and external meetings, including minute-taking.
• Maintain routines for reporting and follow-up.

The tasks can be adapted according to the project's character and needs.

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements:

• At least a high school education.
• At least 3 years of experience working independently as a project or program administrator in complex projects with many stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desirable requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector or construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project administration in large (>300 MSEK) construction projects.

Location and scope

• Workplace: Sundbyberg.
• Scope: 75–100% throughout the assignment.
• Assignment length: 1 year with the possibility of extension.
