Do you want to work in an ICA store? Due to high demand from our ICA customers in both Lund and Malmö, we are looking for you who want to work between 30-40 hours per week in the Bake-off department or in the delicatessen! 

Position in Bake-off

In the role of Bake-off employee, you will be the most active person in the daily operations of the Bake-off department. You will ensure that the shelves are well-stocked and appealing. You will be responsible for tasks such as baking, receiving deliveries, restocking, pricing, and ordering. Your focus will be to keep the department inviting and ensure that it is always attractive to our customers. We prepare and bake yeast and pre-fermented products.

Position in Delicatessen We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a manual department with daily customer interactions. You always strive to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. For this position, you need to combine a fast pace with great precision. It is required that you have good teamwork skills as you will work together with the store's employees to create a selling and inspiring department. The store has a carefully selected assortment in delicatessen and charcuterie, and all regulations regarding food hygiene and self-control programs are followed.

As a person, you are responsible, organized, and have a positive attitude. You work efficiently, are stress-resistant, social, and outgoing. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential. The importance of accuracy and a deep understanding of food safety is obvious to you.

You have a flexible approach to your tasks and are willing to assist in other departments as well.

Meritorious

Previous experience with ICA, Coop, Willys, Hemköp, and City Gross.

You have previously worked in a restaurant, café, cold kitchen, delicatessen, or bakery. Employment Salary according to agreement.
