We are looking for someone who wants to work with food at an ICA store in Lund!

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented cold kitchen worker for ICA! With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can help create culinary experiences for our customers. As a cold kitchen worker, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling fresh salads, sandwiches, and other deli products, as well as contributing to a well-stocked and inviting display. If you are meticulous, have an interest in cooking, and enjoy working in a team, this could be the job for you!  Due to high demand from our ICA customers, we are looking for someone who is passionate about food. You can start working within a month on a schedule with a probationary period leading to a permanent position. The positions in the cold kitchen are approximately 75-100%, Monday to Friday, with daytime hours scheduled for early mornings.

Job Responsibilities We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a kitchen, preparation, or cold kitchen. You have prior experience from restaurants, cafes, or food production. You are food-loving, creative, and constantly want to try new things. We are looking for team members for the ICA kitchen!

We are looking for you

You are an experienced cold kitchen worker who is flexible, creative, resourceful, loves to produce, and is structured and meticulous. You understand the processes involved in the kitchen and have documented experience in cold kitchens or cold food preparation.

You work efficiently, accurately, and are stress-resistant. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential. It is a plus if you have experience in the grocery retail sector. We prefer that you have documented education and work experience as a cold kitchen worker or similar. The importance of accuracy and a thorough understanding of food safety is a given for you. You have a solid interest in cooking and meal solutions. You are used to prepping and preparing the day so that the store always looks inspired and inviting.
