We are looking for you who want a permanent position in an ICA store in Lund or Malmö. We are also looking for students who want to work in our staffing alongside their studies.

Rosénssons provides staffing and recruitment for the grocery retail sector. We solve organizational problems for our clients every day, often at short notice. We are the company that never compromises on quality. We work with service without limits! We primarily staff and recruit for ICA stores in Malmö and Lund and surrounding areas.

We are looking for engaged and service-oriented delicatessen staff for our ICA customers in Malmö and Lund. As a delicatessen staff member, you will play an important role in providing our customers with a unique and high-quality experience with our delicacies.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the sale of fish, cheese, cold cuts, fresh goods, and other delicacies.
• Provide customer advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Prepare and maintain the delicatessen counter neat and well-stocked.
• Ensure high quality and freshness of the products.
• Participate in ordering and inventory management.
• Contribute to a positive and inspiring customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a grocery store or delicatessen.
• Interest in food and preferably knowledge of various cheeses, cold cuts, and other delicacies.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of service.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
