On behalf of our client, we are looking for a sales leader/department manager with great drive and a high sense of service!

 About the position

Your daily tasks include assortment, profitability, campaign planning, and order placement. You ensure that the store's ends and campaigns are well-stocked and that the store is always neat and attractive to customers. You are responsible for the daily operations.

You will constantly work on developing the department together with your team to create attractive and sales-oriented store areas.

To fit this position, you need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and you work well both independently and in a team. You have great social skills and ensure that the store's customers always receive the best service.

Characteristics and qualifications

We are looking for someone who is interested in new challenges, enjoys working in a team, and has a good and positive customer approach. You are resilient to stress and always ensure that the store's customers leave the department and the store satisfied. You see a future in grocery retail and are driven by new challenges. You want to take the next step in your career and possess leadership qualities. As a person, you are organized and efficient, a positive team player, which is important as we work with good collaboration between departments.

You are good at working effectively and personally. You are self-assured and a good communicator. You have documented experience from ICA or another grocery store. You manage AOB and Min Butik or similar systems. You see your near future in retail. You are meticulous and reliable. You have good physical stamina and are driven by sales and customer satisfaction.
