We are looking for a Process Leader IT Architecture for our client

Assignment Description

Our client's unit, Architecture and Data Governance, has as its main task to develop and lead the agency's overall architecture governance as well as IT and information architecture to promote increased digitalization for the client. As part of this important mission, the unit is now in need of a Process Leader IT Architecture.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 10 years of work experience in the last 15 years working with process management within IT architecture or another leading role within IT architecture.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the last 8 years as a process leader within IT architecture in a large organization (>1000 employees).
• At least 5 years of work experience in the last 8 years leading various collaboration groups for example reviewing solutions, architecture governance, and developing architectural frameworks.

Desirable

• At least 5 years of work experience in the last 8 years contributing to the development of architectural target images, roadmaps, and development plans.
• Work experience leading architectural work within an agency in at least 1 assignment in the last 5 years.
• Work experience coaching employees in the area of IT architecture in at least 1 assignment in the last 5 years.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the last 10 years in a critical societal operation or security-sensitive operation.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the last 5 years responsible for case management (monitoring, distribution, and follow-up).
• Work experience leading architectural work within the energy sector in at least 1 assignment in the last 5 years.
