We are looking for a Group Financial Controller for an interim assignment of approximately 6 months, starting as soon as possible and no later than mid-August. The role is based at the company's headquarters in Stockholm, but involves collaboration with teams in several European countries.

About the role

You will be a driving force in an international company and responsible for group accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and the integration of new entities into the group.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the monthly group consolidation and internal reporting (IFRS/local GAAP).
• Be responsible for reporting and auditing.
• Ensure good financial control in the group's subsidiaries (year-end closing, reconciliations, transfer pricing).
• Be responsible for cash flow reporting and reporting to external financial parties.
• Drive harmonization and effective use of the ERP system 

We are looking for someone who is structured, unpretentious, and solution-oriented, with a strong personal drive. You have good experience leading teams in international environments, are confident in technical accounting, and are used to handling complex processes and projects.

We would like you to:

• Have a relevant academic degree in finance/accounting.
• Have at least 5–8 years of experience in qualified roles within group accounting, auditing, or international accounting, preferably within SaaS or from Big 4.
• Have good knowledge of IFRS 
• Speak and write English fluently. Swedish is a plus.
• Experience with M&A integrations (preferred)
• Experience from fast-growing, international environments.
