DENTME is looking for a Customer Service Representative – be the face of our clinic in central Stockholm!

At DENTME, we are looking for someone who wants to be the first point of contact for our patients – both at the reception and digitally. Since December 2024, we have been operating a dental clinic in central Stockholm where both technology and customer service are at the forefront. Our goal? To make dental visits as smooth and pleasant as possible – with the patient's needs and experience in focus.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you create a safe and welcoming experience from the first contact. You:

• Meet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer questions via chat, email, and phone
• Handle bookings and daily patient flow
• Manage administration carefully

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a service mindset and enjoys meeting people
• Thrives in an organized environment
• Has experience from e.g. reception, healthcare, or customer service
• Is structured yet flexible
• Is unpretentious
• Speaks fluent Swedish and communicates effortlessly in English
