Do you want to step in as the owner and builder of the accounting function in a fast-growing company in the beauty/cosmetics sector? We are looking for a confident and self-sufficient accountant/manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to the company's finances in an environment where processes are still emerging. The role suits you who thrive when a lot is happening, when the pace is high, and when you can be the one who creates stability and structure.

As an accountant, you will be the hub of the company's finances. You will take over the responsibility from the current external consultant and ensure that the accounting maintains high quality, that monthly reporting works, and that financial routines are both clear and effective. In close collaboration with the CFO, you will drive the work forward and take ownership of the entire accounting chain.

Examples of tasks:

• Ongoing accounting and account reconciliations
• Accruals, control measures, and approval routines
• VAT, employer, and tax declarations
• Monthly and annual financial statements
• K3 accounting
• Reporting and documentation for the CFO
• Contact with banks and authorities
• Building and improving financial processes

Experience in inventory accounting is not a requirement but is seen as a plus.

There are two possible profiles that may fit:

Earlier in your career (about 2–3 years of experience):
You are confident in the fundamentals of accounting and want to continue developing in a broad role where you learn more and take overall responsibility. You are not in a hurry to leave accounting – you rather want to deepen your knowledge.

More experienced (about 4–6 years):
You have worked for a few years in accounting, thrive in an independent setup, and want a role where you own the entire process without needing to step into a managerial position. You appreciate order, clarity, and stability.

Formal education is less important than practical competence and the right attitude.

Meritorious (not a requirement):

• Experience with Fortnox
• Experience from e-commerce or retail
• Knowledge of inventory accounting
• Interest in budgeting/analysis/BI in the long term
