Are you structured, communicative, and thrive in a coordinating role? We are looking for you who want to be the spider in the web of a data-driven team at one of Sweden's leading players in retail and tech. The assignment is perfect for those who enjoy having many points of contact, keeping track of information flows, and contributing to effective internal collaboration.

You will be a key person in a team working with advanced data analysis, AI, and internal development. Your focus will be on internal communication, document management, and support for various internal initiatives and events.

• Maintain and update the team's internal intranet site
• Coordinate internal events such as all-hands meetings, hackathons, and newsletters
• Manage and structure documents and shared file areas
• Update and maintain distribution lists
• Perform ongoing administrative tasks as needed

• Experience in similar roles within administration or internal communication
• Very good knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Excellent language skills in both Swedish and English
• An organized, self-driven, and proactive working style
• A humble and collaborative attitude

Start: September. The assignment is full-time and ongoing.
