The role of a customer service representative with our clients varies in length, scope, and responsibilities, but common tasks include the following:

• Customer support
• Case management via phone, email, and chat
• Follow up on customer cases
• Handle incoming calls from customers
• Order placement
• Contracts
• Contribute to improving the customer experience
