About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a customer service representative for our client, a family-oriented and growing company in the optical industry. The client company produces both lenses and frames. This is a consulting assignment that runs for 6 months. Your working hours are scheduled between 08:00-17:00, with a one-hour lunch break. The position is located at the headquarters with modern facilities in northern Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers, primarily stores and opticians in the Nordic region. The issues range from ordering spare parts and delivery inquiries to order management and optical-related questions. You will work in systems such as CRM, SAP, Zendesk, and VisionStar, contributing both service and administration. The focus is on professional and warm customer interactions, in a role with varied workdays and many points of contact.

Your qualities

To thrive in the role of customer service representative, you need to be communicative to build good relationships and meet customers in a professional and accommodating manner. Your ability to express yourself clearly and listen actively is crucial for quickly and smoothly resolving various types of customer inquiries. The role also requires strong multitasking skills, as it often involves handling multiple cases simultaneously. Being able to work structured under time pressure is therefore an important trait. Additionally, a strong commitment and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment are central.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with an optician, e.g., as an optical assistant or similar
• Good sense of service and customer interaction
• Good system skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Understanding of Norwegian, Danish, and/or Finnish

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2025-08-31. Start date 2025-03-01.
