Sopra Steria is growing and is now looking for experienced IT security consultants with expertise in operational security, incident management, and cloud security to strengthen our Cybersecurity team.

Your role:

As an IT security consultant with us, you will work in an advanced and high-performing environment where you help strengthen our clients' ability to prevent, detect, and manage digital threats. You will play a central role in the work with security architecture, threat analysis, incident response, and improving security monitoring – especially within SOC environments and Azure-based platforms.

Examples of tasks:

• Conduct cybersecurity analyses and risk assessments
• Identify and implement security measures for infrastructure and cloud environments
• Actively work with incident management (IRT) and post-analysis
• Develop and improve security monitoring and alert management, preferably in Splunk
• Contribute to threat analysis and environmental monitoring within cybersecurity
• Consulting on security architecture and system hardening
• Operational work in SOC or CERT environments

Who we are looking for:

You are a security consultant, security architect, or senior analyst with at least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity. You have a broad technical understanding of infrastructure, networks, and cloud services, and are used to working practically with cybersecurity at both operational and strategic levels. You have worked with Azure security, incident management, and preferably Splunk.

We believe you possess:

• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Broad competence in infrastructure security
• Experience from SOC, CERT, or IRT
• Knowledge in threat analysis and threat intelligence
• Very good understanding of cloud security (Azure)
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing and be a Swedish citizen
• Relevant certification, e.g., OSCP, SANS, CEH, GSEC, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, GCIH, CCSK, CCSP, or equivalent

Meritorious:

• Experience with security tools like Splunk
• Certifications in GCTI, GCPN, Cisco, Security+
• Previous work with critical infrastructure, banking/finance, or the public sector
