We are looking for you

Sopra Steria has one of Sweden's strongest competence environments in project management, and we are constantly growing. We are looking for someone who has proven that they know what it takes to deliver successful IT projects by combining project competence with leadership. Who are you?

You have already shown that you can lead an IT project to completion, even under challenging conditions. You have solid knowledge of project methodology and can choose the right approach to manage risks and finances, while also daring to be a leader that others look up to.

In the role of IT Project Manager with us, you will work on driving larger establishment projects, but you can also take on the role of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) or senior project manager depending on the assignment and the client's needs. This means you will have the opportunity to work broadly, from operational management to strategic deliveries, where you can use your experience and leadership to create successful results.

You have experience with projects that involve both technology, people, and delivery results, where your contribution has truly made a difference. We prefer that you have at least 8 years of experience, and knowledge of modern IT infrastructures is a big plus – it facilitates collaboration with our experts in the field. Higher education, preferably in IT, is advantageous, and excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are a requirement.
