We are now looking for an HR Business Partner for our client.

Our client is seeking a business-oriented and strategic HR partner who wants to contribute to building a competitive organization by developing leadership, organization, and culture. The assignment includes both strategic and operational HR efforts with a focus on business support, leadership support, and labor law.

You will act as an advisor to managers throughout the organization and ensure that the business has the right competencies in the right places. The role also involves responsibility for further developing the company's HR strategies, driving change initiatives, and serving as an ambassador for a positive employee experience.

Knowledge: You have broad knowledge in the HR field and are confident in working with everything from talent acquisition, leadership support, and labor law to compensation, recruitment, and organizational development.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR and at least 2 years in a role as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist. You have worked with several HR processes and supported managers in operational and strategic matters.

Leadership: You are experienced in supporting management teams and managers in development and change initiatives, and you are a trusted advisor in HR-related decisions.

Independence: You work in a structured and independent manner with a good ability to prioritize and drive issues to completion, even in a changing environment.

Language requirements: Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form are required, as the role involves documentation and communication in both languages.
