Your role with us As a bus sheet metal worker at Bergkvara, you will have a varied and developing everyday life where you work with bodywork, damage repairs, and metal processing. Your tasks also include alignment, welding, paint preparation, and replacement of damaged parts on our buses. The work is carried out both independently and in teams, where you, together with the workshop manager or team leader, plan your tasks. This gives you great opportunities to influence your own development and workday. Shift work may occur.

Who are you? To succeed in the role of bus sheet metal worker, we would like you to have:

• Technical education in heavy vehicles or automotive bodywork
• Experience in bodywork and metal work, preferably with heavy vehicles
• Experience in welding, alignment, and metal processing
• B driver's license

Meritorious:

• C and/or D driver's license
• Experience in paint preparation and surface treatment
• Knowledge of advanced repair methods for vehicle damage

You take responsibility for your work, prioritize tasks efficiently, and solve problems independently.
