A day in the life with us!

We at IKEA Industry Hultsfred are looking for summer substitutes for 2026 to cover during our vacation period from week 26-33. We are primarily looking for operators, forklift drivers, and wheel loader operators, but also other positions to strengthen our team. The introduction is planned for the spring at times that suit both you and us, to ensure that you get the best possible start.

The work as an operator means that you ensure that production is carried out according to our established routines and goals. You are responsible for the daily maintenance of machinery and perform quality and production controls.

As a wheel loader and forklift driver, you are responsible for packing, loading, and unloading, as well as ensuring that production has the necessary materials.

Working hours are either shift work or daytime depending on the position.

So who are you?

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old by March 31, 2026. You have good computer skills and the ability to understand written instructions. As a person, you are responsible, risk-aware, and have a good ability to collaborate with others. You thrive in a team environment and adapt easily to changing conditions. Your curiosity allows you to quickly acquire new knowledge and see opportunities for development.

Furthermore, you share IKEA's values and have a natural ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues in both your and other departments.
