About the job

We need to strengthen our team with an additional member and are looking for someone with an interest or experience in CNC machines. You will be welcomed into a close-knit group where you will have the opportunity to create added value for the entire operation.

In this role, you will primarily work with our larger CNC machines. Since the position is not a purely CNC role, you do not need to be a trained CNC operator, but we are looking for someone who has good computer skills and an interest in new programs, new technology, and new machines.

Our production consists of several parts where different competencies are needed, so if you are interested, there is an opportunity to learn several parts of our production. We are in an exciting development phase and are looking for someone who wants to help develop both the team and the company.

The work is scheduled on weekdays, full-time between 07:00–16:00. You will work from the production site in Bergkvara.

As a person, we prefer that you are responsible, flexible, and can handle changing situations calmly. You communicate clearly and are open to feedback. Additionally, you dare to come up with ideas and enjoy finding solutions. It is important that you are meticulous and structured, with an eye for both important details and the overall picture of your work.

Your qualifications

Requirements:

● High school diploma

● Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

● Good computer skills and an interest in learning new programs and systems.

● Experience with CNC machines or a strong interest in learning

Good to know

The employment is a fixed-term position for 6 months with good chances of extension and permanent employment. Start date according to agreement and individual salary setting.
