Workshop Worker Needed for Car Workshop in Kalmar

We are currently seeking a meticulous and responsible workshop worker for a car workshop just outside Kalmar. In this role, you will primarily work on maintaining order in the workshop, ensuring that tools and workspaces are in the right place, and supporting the mechanics in their daily tasks. You will also perform simpler repairs and service work, tire changes, and other tasks commonly found in a car workshop.

This job is suitable for you who are practically inclined, enjoy an active environment, and like varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and structure in the workshop
• Prepare workstations and manage tools
• Perform simpler service tasks alongside mechanics
• Change tires and balance wheels as needed
• Assist mechanics with various tasks
• Receive customers and move vehicles within the workshop

• Independent but also good at collaborating
• Physical stamina as the work can be mobile and sometimes heavy

Qualifications

• Experience from a car workshop or similar work is advantageous but not required
• Driving license B is a plus
• Basic interest in vehicles
