At TopWork, we are looking for production staff for several of our client companies within the manufacturing industry.

About the Position
The work involves a variety of tasks within production, such as assembly, machine monitoring, packing, or quality control. You will be an important part of keeping production running and ensuring that products are delivered with the right quality on time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in industry or production, or a strong interest in practical work
• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a good ability to collaborate
• Is flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form

Forklift license, overhead crane license, or other industrial experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

We work with several players in the industry and match you and your skills to the right assignments with our clients.

The position starts at TopWork with the goal of the candidate later transitioning to an employment with the client. As a consultant at TopWork, you will have a consultant manager who supports you in your assignment with the client. We provide you with advice and recommendations on how you can develop in your work.
