We are in a growth phase and are now looking for an experienced team leader who wants to help develop our appointment booking business to the next level.
About the Role
As a team leader, you will have overall responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing our appointment booking team. The team works with proactive contact with small and medium-sized businesses, aiming to book qualified business meetings for our senior salespeople. These meetings take place physically or digitally, depending on the customer's preferences and geography.
You will report to the sales manager and be part of our local sales management team. The work is structured in HubSpot, where we have established processes for prospecting, activity tracking, and results monitoring. Currently, the team consists of four people, with a clear plan to grow to over ten within a year.
Responsibilities
- Daily coaching of appointment setters with a focus on skill development and results
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and follow-ups on goals and KPIs
- Quality assurance through monitoring and feedback
- Close collaboration with salespeople and the sales manager regarding meeting quality and outcomes
- Continuously develop routines, working methods, and system support (CRM: HubSpot)
- Be responsible for development plans and prepare team members for the next step in their careers – towards B2B sales
- Salary basis, reporting, and participation in management meetings within the sales organization
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous leadership experience in sales or related fields – this is not your first managerial role
- Experience in appointment booking or phone-based B2B sales
- The ability to work structured and data-driven with a clear focus on performance and development
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust within the team
- Good system proficiency – experience with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus
- A business-oriented holistic view and understanding of how a strong first impression builds long-term customer relationships
Experience from telecommunications, IT, or related industries is a plus but not a requirement. We place greater emphasis on your leadership and understanding of the initial steps in the sales process than your industry background.
