Your Role
Are you a structured and meticulous team player with a strong sense of customer service and improvement work? Do you have experience in logistics and customer management? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are currently seeking a Global Distribution Coordinator who will be a key person in ensuring that Sobi's distribution operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Order administration
- Booking of transports and delivery monitoring
- Invoicing and crediting
- Collection of customer data
- Handling of returns and credits
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of sales and inventory and reporting any discrepancies
- Customer support and internal support issues related to EDI and master data
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in logistics and distribution.
- Experience in conducting internal training related to GDP, standardized work procedures, guidelines, work instructions, IFS Business System, products, and supply chain administration in accordance with the onboarding program for new employees - not a requirement, just a merit.
- Good experience in logistics, order management, invoicing, and customer support
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Swedish

You are self-driven and do not hesitate to take initiative when processes are not functioning optimally, while also having the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. With a strong results focus and a burning interest in problem-solving, you are committed to delivering high-quality results. You also have good time management skills and can handle both short-term and long-term deadlines. A positive and solution-oriented attitude is something we highly value.
Scope: Full-time
Period: October 1, 2025 - March 31, 2027. The position is a consultancy assignment via Clevry with a chance for extension/over-recruitment.
Working Hours: Office hours
Location: Central Stockholm
