We are now looking for someone who wants to work extra as a companion. Working as a companion can be combined with studies or another main occupation as the working hours are usually scheduled for evenings and weekends.

What does the position entail?

As a companion, your main task is to accompany the customer on activities according to their wishes. With this customer, you will provide support in various activities such as going out and swimming. You will also assist with everyday tasks such as shopping, hygiene, showering, and dressing.

The number of working hours may vary depending on how many hours the customer has been granted. This customer has been granted 60 hours/month. There is no scheduled working time, but the hours are usually distributed in the evenings and on weekends.

About you -

We are looking for someone who is calm and has an interest in working with other people and wants to be a support in the customer's daily life. Previous experience in care is an advantage. Great importance is placed on personal chemistry, where approachability, flexibility, and attentiveness are important qualities.

Compensation is paid in the form of hourly wages. Unless otherwise agreed, 12% vacation pay and OB compensation will be added. We follow the collective agreement between Kommunal/Care Companies.
