Personal Assistance in Gothenburg AB has been working with personal assistance since the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Disabilities was introduced in 1994.

We are looking for a female, preferably aged 30-50, who wants to work seven days every four weeks, with 6 hours of waiting time per night.

You will work as an assistant to a 40-year-old woman in a wheelchair with an acquired brain injury.

The job involves assisting the woman in all her daily routines such as hygiene, training, and other leisure activities. She is an active woman who has a lot of contact with relatives and friends, goes to the cinema, enjoys being outdoors for walks, and occasionally has coffee. You will also need to assist with her communication, so it is very important that you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You should be flexible, positive, empathetic, and proactive. Previous experience in assistance work is an advantage. You should not be allergic to pets as there is a cat in the home.
