We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect who wants to play a key role in a digital transformation. You will be part of an engaged team where we focus on innovation, collaboration, and user benefit – with M365 as the platform for the entire customer organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern solutions in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into scalable and secure technical architectures.
• Collaborate with business and IT to drive projects from strategy to execution.
• Support user onboarding, training initiatives, and change management.
• Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a solutions architect within Microsoft 365 in larger organizations.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft Security & Compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in customer-facing environments is a plus.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
