Business Analyst / Developer for ServiceNow Platform

At Centric, we are looking for a driven and engaged Business Analyst or developer who wants to contribute to the further development of our client's ServiceNow platform. The platform is a central part of their operations and is used by over 20,000 employees.

You will become part of the management organization in Stockholm, which is divided into teams based on different product areas. Here, developers, Business Analysts, UX designers, Service Managers, and Service Owners collaborate to continuously improve and develop the platform. Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will face complex challenges and work closely with colleagues and clients to contribute to the client's development. In an agile work environment, it is important that you enjoy taking your own initiatives, have a helpful attitude, and a strong service mindset.

Your responsibilities include creating and managing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, and integrations, as well as developing workflows within various parts of the ServiceNow platform. The role also involves analyzing requirements and translating them into technical specifications, while participating in workshops and dialogues with the business or clients to ensure that the solutions meet their needs.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant academic education or equivalent experience
• Experience working with ServiceNow development
• Good knowledge of Javascript
• Experience developing and automating processes and workflows in ServiceNow
• Experience conducting workshops and engaging in dialogues with clients or businesses
• Experience in management, troubleshooting, and incident handling

Preferred experiences:

• Experience with On-prem/Self-hosted solutions
• Completed upgrades of ServiceNow
• Implementation of ServiceNow or its modules
• Knowledge of tools such as Camunda, Docusign, Blue Prism, or other process automation solutions

This role is suitable for you if you have a combination of technical competence and the ability to build good collaborations in a dynamic work environment. Relevant certifications can also be a plus (e.g., Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist, Human Resources (CIS HR), Certified Implementation Specialist, TSM (CIS ITSM).
