We are now looking for substitutes as support staff for our teams at Herrgårdsvägen and Vasavägen group homes. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! Herrgårdsvägen group home is located about 1.5 km from Mörby centrum. It is a detached villa in a quiet area. There are 6 apartments in the house for our residents. It is a small work group with close supervision from both the group manager and the operations manager. We have large bright common areas and a lovely outdoor patio in the garden.

Vasavägen group home is located in Stocksund, about 1 km from Danderyd Hospital. It is a detached villa in a quiet area. There are 6 apartments in the house for our residents. We have nice bright common areas adjacent to the garden. 

About the role In the role of support staff, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other employees, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide in areas such as personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts.

You will have a group manager close to you who works part of their time in the operations. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.  

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
