We are looking for extra serving staff from mid-August – Salt & Sill, Klädesholmen

Do you want to work in one of the most unique places on the west coast with the sea as your closest neighbor? We at Salt & Sill are now looking for reinforcement for our serving team ahead of late summer and autumn. Start in mid-August – perfect for you who want to combine work with studies or other jobs.

Salt & Sill is located on Klädesholmen outside Tjörn – a place with sea spray, sunsets, and a long tradition of culinary joy. Here we run a restaurant, hotel, and conference business in an inspiring environment, where our passion for service and dining experiences is at the center.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in serving within a restaurant or similar environment.

• Is service-oriented, responsible, and has an eye for detail.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating in a team.

• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English.

• Is flexible and can work evenings, weekends, and some weekdays.

Job responsibilities:

• Welcome our guests warmly and provide a professional service experience.

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide beverage and menu suggestions.

• Contribute to order and comfort in the dining area.

• Help create memorable experiences for our guests – every day.
