Accountant – Stegra in Boden

Do you want to combine structured accounting with development work in a future-oriented industrial business? We are now looking for an accountant to join our team in Boden – a key role where you will work closely with both production and business control, with a particular focus on understanding, following up, and analyzing our production costs.

In this role, you will be responsible for your own areas within accounting and reporting, while also being an active part of our development journey. You will contribute to improvement projects, changed routines, and – not least – to the development of our financial systems.

Your responsibilities include:

- Ongoing accounting and handling of daily transactions

- Ensuring correct accruals and reconciliations

- Participation in monthly closings and financial reporting

- Follow-up and analysis of production costs and deviations

- Active participation in improvement work and process development

- Contributing to system improvements and finance-related projects, especially within SAP S/4HANA

We are looking for someone who has:

- Post-secondary education in finance, or equivalent work experience

- Experience in accounting in an industrial, warehouse, or production environment is an advantage

- Good system skills – preferably experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar

- Very good knowledge of Excel

- A structured, self-driven work approach and good collaboration skills

- An interest in contributing both in daily work and in long-term improvement efforts
