About the Position

For this role, we are looking for you as a specialist orthopedic surgeon. We value your positive attitude towards continuous professional development and your willingness to master more advanced surgery in the future and develop our operations. You will work alongside our competent and dedicated colleagues at our smaller hospital, where we are characterized by mutual support and short decision-making paths. In your role, you will collaborate closely with other colleagues in the orthopedic profession, as well as with nurses, nursing assistants, and other professional groups to ensure a cohesive high-quality care environment. The work is scheduled during the day between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM with on-call duties and standby from 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM, as well as weekend on-call.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Outpatient work and assessments
• Work in the Orthopedic Department
• Surgery
• Close collaboration with other colleagues in the orthopedic profession
• On-call and standby

About You

For this position, you need to:

• Be a qualified specialist physician in orthopedics in Sweden
• Have a driver's license and driving experience
• Have good or very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in acute fracture surgery
