About the Role
As a Data Coordinator, you will work in the technical documentation function in the Technical Department. You will gain broad insight into several exciting projects, from start to finish, and you will be involved in developing information and asset management according to ISO 19650 and ISO 55000. You will be the link between projects and management regarding the handling of technical documentation and BIM.
Some examples of tasks:
- Be responsible for handling cases and questions for one or more traffic systems/facility areas, e.g., the subway.
- Ensure that processes and working methods are followed.
- Review deliveries against requirements.
- Support internally at the Traffic Administration and external suppliers in matters related to technical documentation.
- Be proactive in the development of transitioning from requirements specification, review, and management of 2D drawings to doing this for BIM.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to:
- Be proactive, communicative, and open to change.
- Have good collaboration skills, be responsible, and self-driven.
- Have the ability to have a constructive dialogue with different parties and build trusting relationships.
Requirements:
- A few years of work experience as a Data and/or BIM Coordinator or equivalent experience.
- Good skills in using AutoCAD, Microstation, or similar systems.
- Good skills in using BIM.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Work experience with BIM in management.
- Good knowledge of formats for object-based information, such as IFC.
- Civil engineering degree in civil engineering and/or data management or technology.
- Work experience from the construction, property, or infrastructure industry.
- Experience with programs for collaborative model review.
