Description

We are looking for an administrator for our client who will work on driving change and management activities within the ServiceNow platform.

The role involves understanding business requirements, managing products and applications according to ServiceNow's 'Best Practices', and contributing to the development of the platform.

You will collaborate closely with the solution architect, platform team members, and process owners, as well as have some dialogue with the business regarding support issues.

The work includes both management tasks, such as handling support cases and incidents, as well as system administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming cases, service requests, and incidents.
• Be responsible for foundation data for the platform.
• Technical configuration and management of implemented solutions together with process and application owners.
• Perform problem root cause analysis, data analysis, and propose solutions.
• Create and manage knowledge articles to support users and teams.
• Monitor platform performance via ServiceNow tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends and suggest automations and improvements.
• Coordinate and administer patch management and upgrades.
• Perform simpler development tasks.
• Act as Scrum Master for the team to some extent.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing the ServiceNow platform.
• Certification: ServiceNow Foundation (Sys Admin).
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with the ITIL framework.
• Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow's 'Best Practices'.
• Experience with infrastructure, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Experience with the BCM module (Business Continuity).
• Experience as a Scrum Master.

Your Profile

You have experience with SaaS platform architecture and traditional IT infrastructure. You are structured, responsible, and comfortable documenting in both Swedish and English. Experience working with ITIL and SAFe is an advantage.

The position is full-time. You will be employed as a consultant with us at Q and work on assignment for a client in Stockholm with the possibility of up to 25% remote work.
