JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of clinic manager, we are looking for a skilled leader who can steer towards the clinic's goals and communicate these and expectations for each employee.

We believe in a decentralized organization where the responsibility to run the business should be as close to the patients as possible. This way, we make the best decisions for both the patient and the business.

You will have personnel responsibility as well as responsibility for the clinic's results and budget. You will ensure that the clinic adheres to set goals regarding quality. You will also have a local marketing responsibility where patient satisfaction is of utmost importance.

As a dentist, you will, in collaboration with our competent team, offer our patients good and effective dental care. You will be responsible for examinations, diagnostics, and treatments, as well as ensuring that the care maintains good quality and safety while utilizing resources effectively. Your work plays a crucial role in creating long-term and health-promoting relationships with our patients. At our clinics, we regularly hold joint clinic and therapy meetings where you will have the opportunity for joint discussion and reflection.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Swedish dental license, at least 5 years of experience in the profession

· Previous experience in leading a clinic

· Experience with implant prosthetics and working with scanning.

· Good social skills and strong relationship builder

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish

· We use the Opus journal system, and it is an advantage if you have experience with it.
