Job Description for Personal Assistant

We are looking for you who are committed, respectful, and attentive, and want to make a difference for our female client in her home and the environments she frequents. The client lives in the southern Stockholm area.

We would like you to have patience, the ability to be personal while acting professionally, and a good sense of humor.

To be considered for the job, it is important to get to know the client for who she is and understand her support needs. You will become an important part of the client's everyday life with a focus on joy of life.

Your main tasks will include transfers, personal hygiene, assistance, support during meals, training, household chores, and accompanying on activities. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world. 

What we are looking for in you We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, attentive, and has a good demeanor. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. You have a good sense of humor and create joy in everyday life.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• master the Swedish language well, both orally and in writing, as documentation is an important part of the job.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekend.                    
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: Temporary/hourly employment

Extent: Full-time/part-time

Start date: by agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
