As a response service agent, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and effective customer interaction. You will receive incoming calls and assist customers through engaged and meaningful service.

• Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and commitment

• Ensure that our customers' calls are answered in a timely manner with a high degree of service, quality, and efficiency

• Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

• Salary according to collective agreement via Unionen and Almega.

Previous experience in service is a merit, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools to succeed!

• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Good knowledge of English

• Computer literate

• Approved high school education

• Start: By agreement

• Employment form: We offer need-based employment based on your availability!

• Working hours: 07:00-23:00 every day of the week - we prefer that you are flexible and can work weekdays and weekends.
