Långasjönäs Camping & Stugby AB is looking for someone interested in a position as a summer restaurant employee & receptionist. The employment is from 01.04 to 30.09 2025, but start and end dates can be discussed.

We are looking for

We are looking for a new colleague who will strengthen our summer team for the 2025 season. The tasks mainly involve reception work in April, May, June, and September, and summer restaurant work in July and August. As a receptionist, you will work alongside summer staff consisting of young people (16-18 years old), and you will also have shared responsibility for this summer staff during your shifts. In the reception, you will be responsible for check-in/check-out of guests, selling kiosk items, ice cream, coffee, etc., as well as renting canoes, boats, etc. In July and August, your main responsibility will be working in the summer restaurant, where we have a smaller menu with pizzas, sandwiches, etc. Baking may also be part of the tasks for our café operations. Summer food service is mostly takeout of pizzas and other dishes. You will work in a small team of both permanent and summer employees, at one of Blekinge's most beautiful places. An important detail is that you need to be prepared to work some Saturdays and Sundays (mostly during the peak season).

Your profile

You are an enthusiastic and driven person. You enjoy working in a team, but you are also self-sufficient. You see what needs to be done without anyone telling you. You are service-oriented and enjoy meeting people, and you find it easy to talk to guests. You also have experience in being responsible for a team of (summer) staff, and you keep order and tidiness in the reception and summer restaurant. Of course, you are a pleasant and engaged person who enjoys working with various tasks and you are resilient in situations that sometimes require extra effort.

You have previous experience in the restaurant industry or demonstrable qualities when it comes to working in the kitchen, both in cooking and baking. Previous experience in reception work is an advantage, but not a requirement. You need a B driver's license and access to your own car.

Requirements for the position:

- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

- Good English in speech and writing, German is an advantage

- At least 18 years old
