Job Description

The position involves all tasks in the kitchen and dining room.

As a cook, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of delicious, safe, and nutritious meals with consideration for the environment. Other important tasks include responsibility for special diets, bread baking, involvement in purchasing planning, openness to preparing new dishes, and daily kitchen and dining room cleaning.

In this position, you should also be able to take on the role of kitchen manager when they are absent. This includes being able to lead and delegate work tasks and handle orders.

Qualifications

Culinary Education

The position requires culinary education in institutional kitchens/restaurants or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer.

Swedish Language Skills

Have good proficiency in the Swedish language both verbally and in writing.

Institutional Kitchens

Experience in cooking in large quantities is required.

Special Diets

Great understanding and knowledge of allergies and special diets.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and strives towards common goals. It is natural for you to compromise and share information and knowledge.
