Who is First Camp?

What does the role entail?

As a Team Leader Bistro, you are responsible for leading the bistro and ensuring that the operations run smoothly according to our concept. You are an active part of the team and participate in everything from cooking and serving to sales, dishwashing, and cleaning.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with experience from cafes, restaurants, or the fast-food industry. If you also have education in hotel and restaurant management, it is a plus, but most importantly, we value your personality! You need to be able to communicate in Swedish and English, be over 20 years old, and have a positive attitude that spreads to the entire team. Knowledge of German is a plus but not a requirement.

Conditions

We are looking for a Team Leader Bistro for the summer season 2025. The role is a seasonal full-time position (40 hours/week) during weeks 25-32 and includes evening and weekend shifts, following the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry. In the spring, we offer training that we would like you to participate in.
