A day at MAX

As a restaurant assistant, your tasks are varied. You serve our guests and ensure that the restaurant is clean and tidy, work in the kitchen where you prepare burgers, smoothies, and fry fries. You are responsible for the cash register where you take orders and ensure that guests receive the correct items, all this together with your colleagues.

The work involves varying working hours during days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Under the guidance of the restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, you will learn the job step by step at the different stations and through our digital training. Almost all our managers started in this role!

How does the process work?

We have chosen to do away with CVs and cover letters for our restaurant staff positions. Instead of submitting your CV and cover letter, you answer a number of selection questions and take a Service test. We ask you to respond in detail to the selection questions.

After you have submitted your application, you will receive a test sent to your email, this is a Service test where you answer how you would have acted in a situation that may arise in the daily work at MAX. Through the test, you as a candidate get a taste of what it is like to work at MAX. The test takes a maximum of 15 minutes. After you have completed the test, we will review your application and provide feedback as soon as we can. If you proceed in the process, you will receive an invitation to an interview; if you do not proceed, we will provide feedback via email. We review applications continuously, and the position may be filled before the final application date. Please note that the Service test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process; therefore, we do not proceed with candidates who do not complete the Service test.
