Job Description

The position involves all tasks in the Food Department's various kitchens in care facilities, preschools, and schools.

As a cook, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of delicious, safe, and nutritious meals with consideration for the environment. Other important tasks include responsibility for special diets, bread baking, involvement in procurement planning, openness to preparing new dishes, and the daily handling of kitchen and dining room cleaning.

You will be involved in developing the operations and ensuring that the Food Department's goals and guidelines are met.

Qualifications

Culinary education or professional experience

Are you a trained chef with experience in large kitchens/restaurants or do you have education and experience that the employer deems equivalent? Have good knowledge of preparing special diets

Have good language skills in Swedish both spoken and written.

Since the position involves working in various kitchens, a car and driver's license are necessary to travel to our different locations.
