Do you want to make a difference in people's lives? We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a substitute in our dedicated team at the Tenstastråket service residence, located in Tensta, next to the scenic Nydalsparken. You will provide each customer with individualized support that helps them create structure, routines, and planning in their everyday life.
Residential support is granted for individuals with various types of disabilities, which is why the individuals' skills, needs, and development guide our efforts. The goal is to create conditions for an active and meaningful life in a safe and pleasant environment.
The tasks of a residential support worker include documentation, creating implementation plans, and case management. Examples of tasks:

Working hours are scheduled according to the customers' needs and vary between day, evening, and night (on-call), both weekdays and weekends.
About TenstastråketYou will be part of a dedicated team with a wide range of expertise, including art therapists, behavior analysts, special educators, and nursing assistants. Together, we work to create a safe and developing environment for our customers.
Tenstastråket is located in the heart of Tensta, with direct access to Nydalsparken. The area offers a calm, nature-close environment in the middle of the district – perfect for walks, cozy coffee breaks, and recovery. The location also provides good transportation connections with proximity to the subway and several bus lines, facilitating both leisure activities and commuting.
The residence is specially adapted for individuals with neuropsychiatric disabilities, including autism and autism-like conditions. We offer a pleasant and accessible environment where indoor and outdoor environments are carefully planned to promote safety, structure, and everyday joy for our residents.
About the role As a substitute, you will support our customers in all aspects of daily life – from structure and planning to leisure activities, meals, and social interaction. You will help build trust, participation, and security. Communication is a central part of everything we do, and therefore very good knowledge of the Swedish language is a prerequisite. You will use a low-arousal approach and motivational conversations to create a stable, supportive environment.
You need to be adaptable in your working methods and routines, but also have a strong desire to contribute with creativity, initiative, and engagement in activities – all to increase the quality of life for our customers.
We are looking for someone who is studying to become a psychologist, special educator, or has a nursing assistant education – or has equivalent experience in LSS. You have a professional and warm attitude, are flexible, and find it easy to collaborate. You enjoy finding new solutions, have good self-awareness, and take responsibility in your work.
