YOUR MISSION

We are now looking for a nursing assistant for a combined position as a nursing assistant and coordinator, with placement at Solbacka.

You will work with planning the workday, plan and inspire activities for users, administrative tasks in combination with care tasks, and work with other tasks delegated by the unit manager during the day. You will serve as support for the staff (this is not a managerial role). You will provide support to the staff regarding documentation, have check-ins with the manager and/or managerial support. You will ensure that implementation plans are established, followed up, and carried out according to agreement, and inform employees about new routines and guidelines, as well as other relevant information.

You will plan for substitute staffing and redistribute staff as needed. You will follow up on HSL assignments. The coordinator should be able to cover for regular staff if someone is absent.

You are offered a varied job as a coordinator in special accommodation with care interventions and delegated tasks from the unit manager, nurse, and rehabilitation staff. You will become part of our team that works to ensure that all elderly people can live a dignified life and feel well-being by always striving to create the best possible meeting.

You should keep yourself updated on information via email, teams, operational systems, and intranet, daily staffing, documentation, and implementation plans, information to staff, planning in daily work, and otherwise in the assignment as a nursing assistant.

Other roles that may be included in the job as a coordinator are the role of a representative for hygiene and oral care.

It is desirable if you have had similar assignments and have experience/knowledge of Norsjö municipality's systems, such as Lifecare.

You will have close cooperation with the staff group and the nearest manager. You are expected to have good collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff and an engaged and professional relationship with users.

YOUR COMPETENCE

A coordinator should:

• Be a trained nursing assistant
• Have medication delegation/be delegable for the entire special accommodation they work in.
• Have good knowledge both orally and in writing in the Swedish language
• Be able to document and establish implementation plans
• Have basic computer skills

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working in elderly care. You have good computer skills and are good at documenting. It is also meritorious if you have experience working from a person-centered approach and previous experience working with similar tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

We require that you have or obtain delegation for all tasks related to the entire special accommodation, in work as a nursing assistant.
