About the position

We are currently looking for a dedicated housing supporter for clients in Norrort

A housing support is a social and practical support measure aimed at strengthening the individual's ability to manage their daily life as independently as possible, both inside and outside the home.

The collective agreement for the healthcare and treatment sector and care activities (E) between Vårdföretagarna and Kommunal applies to the tasks.

What we are looking for in you:

• You are a trained nursing assistant or have relevant education in care and support
• You have a flexible and creative mindset
• You have the ability to see opportunities and are pedagogical
• You have good computer skills / applications
• You can work during the day, evenings, and weekends
• You master Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience working with the target group is an advantage

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. 

Criminal record check

Upon employment, we will request a criminal record check before you can start working. You will order the criminal record check yourself from the Police. 

Working hours: Temporary substitute during the summer months.  Daytime, evenings, and weekends.  

Start date: According to agreement
