We are currently looking for someone to work as a personal assistant for a girl in Vaxholm.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant to a happy 11-year-old girl.

What does this position entail?

The role of a personal assistant involves helping with mobility, meals, and personal hygiene. You will support the child with everything in daily life where the disability sets limits, both at home and outside. You will be there as a support during play and activities. Some physical ability is required as the job involves lifting during transfers. The client enjoys going on outings, swimming, and listening to music.

The client attends school during the day on weekdays, and we are primarily looking for someone who wants to work afternoons and weekends. The job is suitable for you who are studying or have another occupation.

Who are we looking for?

You are a caring, attentive person who is confident in yourself. Previous experience in the assistance profession and/or working with children in need of special support is a plus.

Education, experience, and personal qualities:

· Experience with children

· Attentive, active, social, and understanding of family life

· Takes responsibility and can take initiative

· Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus but not a requirement

· Non-smoker

· A driver's license is an advantage

· Good language skills in speech and writing

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
